This forthcoming academic article looks like it will provide some interesting analysis of the issues surrounding states’ efforts to legislate restrictions on violent video games.  That the Supreme Court could (eventually) review the constitutionality of such legislation should interest both First Amendment scholars and gamers.  Does Justice Scalia own an Xbox?
